Shipping Policy
What Is Your Shipping Policy?
At Olivology, I aim to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your candles and personal care products. Please review the following shipping details:
Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. During high-demand periods or for larger orders, processing time may vary slightly.
Shipping Time: After processing, your order will typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on your location and the postal service.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your convenience. Please use this to monitor your package’s journey.
Shipping Delays: While I strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, I cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delays, reroutes, or failed deliveries due to postal service issues are beyond my control.

Return Policy
What Is Your Return Policy?
At Olivology, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, I’m happy to offer a return or exchange. Please review the following guidelines:
Eligibility for Returns: If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your item for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and in the original packaging.
Return Process:
1. To initiate a return, please email me at ahmad@olivology.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. I strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
Processing Returns: After receiving your returned item, I will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. Upon approval, I will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from receipt of your item for the return or exchange to be processed. You will be notified by email once your return is complete.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me at ahmad@olivology.com to arrange for a refund or exchange.
